So far, no issues although wrinkle remover (steam refresh) does not work as well as previous dryer and clothes often need to be dried longer after cycle finishes because they aren™€™t dry enough. Love the lint filter!

A couple startup issues, but a great dryer in use

Bought this Electrolux dryer to match the washer we bought 3 years ago. The old dryer from 2013 had lasted a bit longer than the old 2013 washer. In startup, oil from inside the dryer dropped on our carpet before installation, service guys ran it a while to "get rid of the rest of the oil". But on my first dry cycle, the dark oil got on my clothes. Had to have a service call to come make sure all was finally cleaned out. It was. Also, this dryer makes more running noise than our old one (not loud, just more). The service guy said this is how they all sound now; it's normal. Since startup, the dryer has worked as well as expected. Has more options than the old one and I do use some of them. I like the dry boost option. It does a really good job of drying and sensing so it can stop early if the clothes are dry. The new lint catcher does a better job than the old one of keeping lint out of the inside of the dryer. We're very happy with this dryer.

Great dryer. Dries well, looks good. Only one little quirk. There™€™s a small gap between the door and frame, just between the lint filter and door. Lint and any other debris collects there on the door and the gasket. Pretty annoying. Otherwise, I love the dryer.

Dryer not drying 10/11/2025

We purchase an Electrolux W/D and had them delivered in June 1, 2025. I am outlining my experience with Electrolux service and a local appliance repair company: Assist Appliance. I write this knowing my dryer is still under warranty; however, I risk the job not being completed adequately.June 25:, I submitted a work ticket on Electrolux to have our dryer repaired as it was not drying effectively (for any number of towels in the dryer, no matter how large the load, I had to run a 70 min dry cycle twice to have the towels dried completely). June 27: video call with Assist to confirm dryer serial number.7/9: first repair by Assist7/14: a new ticket to repair placed as they closed the first one, however, it was still not working7/18: 21 min call with Electrolux due to inaccurate information submitted in Electrolux system or Assist system, as they stated it was a washer repair, when I have documentation that I submitted the dryer repair request correctly.8/8: 2nd repair by Assist (replaced 2 heating elements, said they were going to order more to complete the repair)8/27: other parts replaced by Assist9/2: I called Assist back as the dryer was still not working effectively (specifically, it will heat and dry for the first 10-20 min ™€“ but then the heat turns off and things are not dried, until a 2nd dry cycle is run)9/5: Assist returned to the house and technician said he could not find anything wrong and there was nothing to do. But this was unacceptable because it was not working. I showed him the size of a load that was not drying completely. I called Electrolux while the technician was at the house. Spent 31 min on the phone with the technician on speaker phone. It was determined that the control board needed to be replaced. They would not deem the dryer ™€˜non-fixable.™€™9/12: I called Assist to f/u on the order. They said I needed to call Electrolux to inquire. I did this and spent 17 min.9/15: by report, the part was ordered9/16, 9/24, 9/30 ™€“ I called to f/u on the part ™€“ no arrival despite the fact it was in stock, I was again told by Assist I needed to call Electrolux9/30: I called Electrolux who told me Assist needed to call them, and someone would call to f/u10/8: I called Assist ™€“ no update10/10: I called Assist again; they again told me I needed to call Electrolux. I called Electrolux twice (38 min, who left it that they submitted a request for Parts Dept to check on things- the part was in stock and Assist was supposed to f/u with them; then another 23 min call, who connect me back with Assist). At that point, Assist tells me that they got a message on 10/9 that the part was lost in transit and now they have ordered another part and asked Electrolux for expedited delivery. And when it arrives, the Assist tech is supposed to call the Master technician at Electrolux to be instructed on how to repair the dryer. I have spent a cumulative number of hours on the phone with either Assist or Electrolux Customer Service. They have diverted me to the other party, instructing me to either check on things myself or that the other part was supposed to check on things. These are the days I called to Assist to f/u on status of repairs/part orders: 10/10 x3, 10/9, 10/8, 9/30, 9/24, 9/16, 9/12, 9/10, 9/4, 9/2, 8/13, 7/23, 7/22, 7/18, 7/16, 7/14, 7/9, 7/3, 7/2, 7/27, 6/26. There should be recordings of my requests to be called and notified of updates and there has been no follow through.For Electrolux, I was also told after the 9/5 and 10/10 calls I was going to get f/u and have not.There are clearly recordings of my phone calls and a tracking mechanism of the issues. While there is accountability on the repair company, I am incredibly disappointed in Electrolux's lack of attention to service, warranty and contract with the local appliance company -- which puts them at fault too.It has been over 4 months, and there is no resolution yet. Today is 10/11/2025.

I have previously owned an Electrolux convection stove and really liked it so I figured I'd hedge my bet on getting a washer and dryer. One of the reasons was because my washing machine needed to be on the right side and the door could be changed to a different hinge side the dryer does make noise and I was told that that's normal.

Disappointing

This is not for the unit, it is for the customer support and delivery company that Electrolux chose to use.The 2 guys delivered the dryer, and did not have the right parts to complete the installation. There was no proper communication, one of the guys did not speak English at all.They left and that was it. I received a call from the delivery company after i left a bad review. The lady said that they will be back on Monday and complete the installation. Monday came and i received a phone call from a rude driver asking me what i want to be done. At that point i was upset so i said if he does't know, mind as well go back. They shod up again without the right parts and the left again. New set of 2 guys with one guy not speaking a lick of English. I have called then, the customer support from Electrolux, which is in India and you can imagine no help at all.Do buy electrolux but do not buy from the website. It has been a ridiculous experience.

Happy with Purchase Delivery Needs Improvement

Ordered the washer and dryer set with delivery. The delivery guys were polite and cleaned up afterward. However, after they left I saw that they didn't hook up the dryer to the water line, so I can't use the steam option. They also didn't even ask about the direction I wanted the doors to open so they open the opposite of what I wanted ??

Settings cover everything we need

Great dryer. Dries quickly and all the settings we need for the different dryer tasks. The plastic window on the door does rattle a bit. Adjusted door latch hoping that would help but did not so back to the a little loose they seem to be installed at. Added some tape to a few spots to connect the window to the door and that stopped the rattle. Will replace with a few drops of RTV at the same spots so it doesn't look so bad.

Outstanding electric dryer

Bought this same dryer 8 years ago and used it daily. Loved it so much we bought the same new improved model. The biggest improvement is the lint basket. Much easier to remove and clean. Many new features as well, and runs super quiet. Electrolux is quality and highly recommend this model

This Machine is a Beast! Use Downy Rinse!

I really love our new washer ™€" it creates loads that really are demonstrably better than my previous machine. I always use Tide Pods and Downy Rinse and refresh and it creates the cleanest loads I™€™ve ever experienced.
