I have had so many issues with vacuums that I had almost given up. They are either way too heavy, or not enough suction, or both, and break easily. I am extremely pleased with this. It is lightweight, has a convenient stand, and actually picks up debris including pet hairs! It is not unwieldy at all and gets the job done. I have already started recommending this to friends, especially if they have pets!

I'm a fan of this. I appreciate that it's cordless and pretty lightweight, although it has enough weight to not feel cheap. The hardened plastic also presents tough enough to withstand a chihuahua attack (the home includes a vacuum intolerant dog). The light in the front is a really convenient feature. It excels on hardwood. Christmas needles? Gone. Cat litter? Gone. Animal hair? Gone. Non-specific detritus? Gone. Meets all vacuum expectations. Does a good job on carpet, although ill admit i wasn't doing a before and after. Review of the receptacle indicated much dust and hair picked up. I feel pretty confident recommending this vacuum to someone looking for one.

It™™s smaller than I expected™"more like an elevated handheld vacuum™"but the design is sleek and elegant. It was quick to assemble and very easy to use. It™™s light, efficient, and compact, and the head pivots beautifully to get into corners.So far, it works great on hardwood floors, dust, small carpets, and even cat hairballs. I haven™™t tested it on full carpets yet, but I will. Overall, it™™s definitely worth having for day-to-day vacuum needs. I do wish it were a bit larger to cover more area at once, but I can™™t say I™™m unhappy with it! The vacuum works great, I especially like the light. I can't believe how much dust it can pull out of a carpet as evidenced by cleaning the filter. It's still new so I'm unsure of the battery life. The only negative is the frequent emptying of the small collection container. I have a large dog that sheds a lot. Overall well worth it for me.

I'm not sure if I received a defective or malfunctioning vacuum cleaner or if the suction is just so weak it seems defective but essentially the vacuum just pushes dirt around and doesn't really pick anything up. I tried to return it but am having a ton of trouble with customer service making myriad mistakes. I've contacted them 3 times and have spent a total of 3 hours of my time on the phone with them and UPS with no resolution. Don't waste your money. It's not worth the hassle

This is a great product for versatility going from floor to upholstery. I want to say you could tell the quality of this Electrolux product from its packaging when it arrived. Always have been a fan of Electrolux vacuums which started with our first canister almost 40 years ago when my wife and I married. We were currently in need of something cordless and light weight as well as a new handheld for furniture and this was the perfect fit. Maneuverability is great with more than enough suction to lift larger pieces of debris. Weight is perfect, not too light like some cheaper products but heavy enough to feel of quality. The attachments, other than the handheld beater bar are all neatly attached the the handle for easy access. No more lost attachments. The only con I have found is you do not have the ability to disengage the beater bar on either tool. However with that said I would still highly recommend this product. Can™™t wait for Electrolux to come out with another canister. It would be on my purchase list to bring back the youthful memories. Thank you Electrolux for another great product.

I got this vacuum with my pets in mind because I needed something that could handle the places where my dog and cat like to settle in. My first test was the living room carpet where my dog normally lays. It picked up the fur without any trouble and the suction stayed strong the entire time. With regular use it should keep that area looking much better.My next focus was the furniture. My cat leaves hair on the couch and chairs, and this vacuum did a great job on all of it. It feels light in the hand and has very steady suction. This was one of the main reasons I wanted a vacuum like this and it worked even better than I expected.One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to switch between the two vacuum heads. The beater brush attachment is perfect for carpet and the smooth floor head works well on hardwood. Swapping them out takes only a moment and never feels complicated. The swivel action also makes it very easy to move around corners or under edges.The handle pulls off to turn the vacuum into a handheld and that design alone makes this incredibly useful. Adding the wand attachment is simple and the handheld mode is excellent on stairs. The combination of strong suction and a light overall weight makes cleaning steps much easier than with a full size vacuum.The vacuum also did very well on my wood floors. It gets under the kitchen cabinets and around the table legs without any problem. Emptying the bin is fast and cleaner than using a broom and dustpan, so I reach for it more often.I also want to mention the stand. It holds the vacuum in place with no effort and makes it easy to put the unit back on the charger. The whole setup takes very little space which is nice if you do not want cleaning tools taking over a room.Overall I am very happy with this vacuum. It works in every area I hoped it would and it has made my regular cleaning a lot easier.

BEST PURCHASE EVER! I did tons of research on cordless vacuums for mths. I looked at all top brands 1st, shark, Dyson, etc. but the reviews left me scared to buy them. I came across this brand & so darn happy I did. It™™s one of those items I CANT live without. I have mostly hard wood, carpet only in bedrooms, house is little under 1000 sq feet (yes smaller i know), it transitions from hard flooring to carpet nicely, no issues at all, covers my whole house then some. That™™s at normal pace. The handheld part is the one thing I love most. I use it everywhere, my car, my couch, little messes from a toddler, and more. The suction is great as well. The battery is pretty decent, as I said I can do my whole house and little more. If you have a big house you will have to charge it I™™d assume. It picks up per hair nicely, I have short haired dog. My only complaint is the filters i believe are washable however if you don™™t wash them right then it ruins them and you won™™t have suction and I feel like even when I™™ve washed them right they didn™™t work and I had to buy more. Not a massive deal just frustrating especially since I can™™t use it and I have to lug my big vacuum in to clean up small messes. It™™s light, super convenient, works great, look sleek, just a fantastic product. I have a few favorites in my house that I absolutely love and this is one of them. I can™™t recommend it enough. I was nervous, worried I™™d waste my money, & it™™s literally one of my best purchases get.

I bought my first WellQ7 off Amazon on 4/4/24. It promptly broke after less than two months of light use (two older adults, two small terriers that don't shed much, no kids). I had to go through Electrolux to return. Electrolux issued a full refund and I shipped back the broken unit. I purchased a second WellQ7, the Pet version this time, directly from their website on 6/27/24. About a month ago (less than 7 mo light use) it started turning itself off after ~30 sec run time. Other reviews on Amazon noted similar issues. This time, Electrolux customer service was useless. ~1 hr on the phone between customer service, sales, warranty, they even sent me to Northlane and said they would fix it. I called back to Electrolux for a second round and they finally wore me down. I gave up. Two broken vacuums, both well less than a year of light use. Electrolux won't stand behind their product this time. Some confusion with the serial numbers. In any case, I'm done with Electrolux. Poor product, poor customer service.

I've been on the hunt for a cordless vacuum. This one has been great so far. Good suction, picks up cat litter and it doesn't have 'fallout' when turned off and unit is picked up to put on charging base. Charge lasts long. Easy to switch to a handheld. The only small downfall is the canister is a little smaller and tricky to empty. After using daily for a few months this is by far the best cordless vacuum I've owned so far.

Of course I have used a ™dust buster™, but that is just for spot cleaning. This little vacuum does a great job with hardwood and tile which is exactly why we bought it. It is lightweight and my wife loves not having to mess with the cord so she gets a lot done. It only gets 4 stars because on high power which does the best job of cleaning. It only lasts about 15 min and so we need to recharge 1 or get out the small corded vacuum. To be fair we do have a lot of tile and hardwood

Operationally, I cannot fault this machine. However, figuring out the maintenance and how to use the accessories is almost impossible. The booklet that accompanied the vacuum is totally worthless. Whoever wrote it is far too clever for their own good. It is total nonsense and might as well be written in a foreign language--it uses no text only pictograms which are indecipherable.

My house 2400 sq ft under air and I get a full full canister of hair everyday. I am running the vacuum on low speed on vinyl plank flooring. The hand held vacuum only runs on high speed for vacuuming furniture

I am disappointed with this vacuum. I have used it twice and the battery lasts less than 20 minutes. I bought an Electrolux because of it's reputation but I does not live up to it's name anymore. I called customer service and got nowhere.

Upstairs sweeper

This sweeper is what I wanted to clean my upstairs bedrooms. It's handy. I have been able to use it in areas that have been hard to clean. Would I recommend it? Yes!

This is my fifth vacuum cleaner of this type. I have been recommending them for years to friends and neighbors. It is so easy to use and has sufficient power for all of my cleaning jobs.
