Vacuum is light weight, quiet and does a good job for hardwood floors and rugs.Definitely catches lots of hair seeing as have dogs.Overall a very good vacuum.The only downside is the batter life is 45 minutes which we were aware of.There are other models which hold battery life much longer.I will give this a 9 out of 10 stars and pretty well pleased overall.

This is my first cordless vacuum, I know I™™m late to the game. It™™s so convenient and can vacuum my whole place (a two bedroom apartment) with a charge. It™™s super lightweight, very easy to use, and maneuver. The pop out handheld is great for quick cleanups and furniture. I do have two dogs, and it truly is a pet vacuum. My only con is where the canister is, it™™s kind of annoying and bc it™™s a small vacuum, you do have to empty it often. Overall, I™™d recommend and buy this again.

I'm beyond satisfied with my new Electrolux purchase! I even joke to my husband & my friends that I have a new best friend. I wish I would have taken a picture after the first time I vacumed the sun room area rug, because I thought my house was pretty clean until I emptied a large ball of grey fur & quite a good amount of dust. I just have one short-medium haired kitty, with mainly wood floors & several area rugs (most of which are new &/or changed out yearly, since i enjoy decorating). I figured sweeping with a broom & mopping kept it looking, smelling, etc nice/clean. I have been looking for a non-bulky typical vacume, like ones I've owned over the years. My list was basically cordless, slim style, lightweight with good suction & that holds decent charge. It took me about six months of looking at different brands, styles, reading reviews & talking to friends before finally deciding to try the Pet Electrolux & have been using it for a little over 2 months now. It not only checked all of my boxes of what I wanted, it has gone above & beyond of what I was looking for! The color choices are limited, as some other reviews mentioned, although for me the red color matches my modern design just fine. I don't even leave it plugged in charging 24/7. After I finish using it I do plug it in, usually around 20mins, and sometimes one out of the three charge bars needs a little charge, once the bars turn off to let you know it's fully charged I unplug it & even after a few days to a week it's still fully charged! It has a small mesh cage around the cone hepa filter & prevents everything from getting stuck to or inside the filter, just the micro dust-like particles. Which is really what a hepa is supposed to do, trap the small stuff & having the mesh around it was a good idea. The only drawback (for some people possibly) is the fact it doesnt have a simple touch button to release the dirt canister. You do have to remove the dirt canister, which is attached to the front of the vacume to use for small jobs when you don't need or want to use the whole vacume. It just snaps out, you tap the dirt in the trash & snap it back on. & it's also nice that the small part attaches to the front so the weight keeps it more stable, even though it does lock when you stop to do something & don't want to find a place to lean it against & it does stay upright perfectly. Some have the canister on the rear portion of the handle & I can bet it falls over easily, especially since many reviewers mentioned that issue with those style of canister vacs. Needless to say, that was a deal breaker for me! If you're looking for a smaller style canister vacume, give the Electrolux a try i can promise it wont dissapoint!

Needed to upgrade my vaccuum after getting a new puppy that sheds. Old "top of the line" stick vaccum had several issues after only 2 years. This one works like a dream. Suction is great, long battery life, turns on a dime, and I love the handheld part. 10/10

Broke after only 8 months. Customer service is terrible, over an hour on hold, constant runaround, and after 3 months of trying, still no response. Completely unhelpful warranty process.Left with a useless product

So far its working pretty well. Seems to pick up dog hair and a lot of dirt. I haven't really tried the pet hair attachments yet and time will tell if the battery stays well charged. I'm happy with it since getting a few weeks ago, if it continues to work as it is now I will stay happy.

We are really enjoying this little red vacuum. It™™s easy to put together. Goes onto the charger easily. Does a quick job of sucking up Tof hair or fluff from toys. The light is bright enough to vacuum in the dark. Easy to empty too.

When it arrived, I wasn't too impressed. It seemed too light weight. I have a large older cat who tracks litter everywhere. This vacuum is wonderful. It picks up all the litter, which some vacuums just move. The light helps me see under furniture. It swivels easily around furniture. My cat isn't afraid of it's sound. Easy to empty. Easy to place on the charger. Waiting for a warner day to try the handheld part in my car. I really didn't need a vacuum, but I'm very glad I bought this. I'm going to put my old one upstairs and keep this downstairs where it will be used more.

I praise how it picks up fine dust around corners; the suction is great on ™high.™ With the headlight, it™™s easy to see where the dust is. I only ask that improvements be made to the battery life when the ™high™ setting is used; it only lasts 15 minutes. The vac is advertised as lasting 40 minutes™"but what Electrolux doesn™™t state is that the 40 minutes is when it™™s used on ™low.™ I tried it on low but the sweep wasn™™t sufficient and the suction was mediocre. However, on ™high™ its sucction & sweep proved excellent, albiet with only 15 minutes of power.

The unit works very well with great suction and mobility. The floor head swivells easily to catch dirt in corners and around furniture legs. Easy to recharge up with the stand alone charging unit. The run time is acceptable on a full charge. The handled vacuum is a wonderful tool, as it comes with several attachments, included among the attachments is a furniture vacuum that worked extremely well on our sofa.

I like the vacuum, picks up pet hair fairly well and is lightweight and easy to use. I do not like the filter system as it tends to clog from dog hair and needs frequent cleaning and the frequent emptying. I have had Electrolux vacuums most of my life, and they are the best, but I do miss my old Electrolux upright!

We owned one of these previously. We bought a new one and donated the old one.The new one came, but was defective. Would not turn on, it felt like there was a problem with the main power button. But Electrolux' customer service was really very good. I didn't have to wait a long time to speak with someone and get the return process started. They sent a replacement quickly. We got it before Xmas.I can only give it a 4 star since the first one was defective. But the great customer service from Electrolux made a big difference. Its really reassuring when a company stands behind their product.

There are many of these cordless vacs out there to choose from. My initial review on line for this vac saw solid reviews. From a design point of view, I appreciate that the motor is mounted in the middle thus being a little more vacuum efficient. Once out of the box and put to use, the light weight design and swivel head was awesome to use. Best of all, the unit simply vacuums great! Was happy to trade up to this unit from a corded, large Shark vac.

I enjoy using the vacuum. I like the way the head swivels making it easier to get into hard to reach places. I like the light so I can see what I am vacuuming up, I like seeing the evidence of dog hair and dust etc being picked up in the canister and like that it is so light weight and cordless. I had to get used to seeing all the stuff in the garbage once I dumped into the garbage as my prior vacuums had bags.

We loved this vacuum from day one. The standing charger makes it easy to store while charging, and the detachable ™dustbuster™ is great for the car and small spaces. The pet brush is great for upholstery, even if you don™™t have a pet, and the attachments make it easy to get into every crevice.

Absolutely fantastic. We were staying at a vacation home by the beach that had this vacuum. After a day out I noticed our dog had tracked in a ton of sand and dirt. I grabbed this little giant and to my surprise it effortlessly cleaned up the mess. This thing outperformed our very expensive stick vacuum at home. I immediately ordered one while still on vacation. Back at home now and we absolutely love it, and our housekeeper is very impressed as well. It makes quick work of vacuuming the entire space, and it's super convenient for quick cleanups. I love how lightweight and powerful it is, and how it easily navigates around and under furniture. And, emptying the waste container is a cinch. Elctrolux has knocked it out of the park with this one!

This vacuum arrived broken. I charged it fully and I removed it from the base. Will not hold the charge. Shuts off after 1 second. The customer service is awful. The upload portal does not work. The customer service agent has not responded since I sent the documents in the email. Very disappointed.

Stores easily in the stand while charging... easily released hand vac (...which is the portion I use the most). My favorite tool is the motorized pet nozzle. Very light and easy to use. I would recommend it!
