My product was delivered on 20 April. Today is 30 May. A few days after my product was delivered, I noticed ice build up near a certain part of the freezer. (It was still empty at the time) I knocked the ice off, cleaned the mess and moved on. A few days later, I noticed more build up. Now, if the freezer were full, I would think i overstuffed it. The freezer was still empty, indicating a seal issue. I said to myself "the product has been stored for so long. Perhaps the seal needs time to expand properly"
Here it is a month later, seal is still terrible. So what do I do? I call customer service. The product hasn't even been in my home 60 days. This should not be happening. First off, customer service booked a repairman to come fix the product in a state I no longer reside in. The product wasn't even delivered to that address and the service rep did not ask for me to provide an address. I have no clue why that location became part of the conversation. Anyhow, I notice the error a few hours after getting off the phone with the rep. So, I call back and give my actual location. Instead of them booking the service, he provides a list of companies who are bosch certified to fix their products. The problem then falls back to ME to find a service person, call them, schedule the service, provide the warranty information, etc. So not only am I having issues with the craftsmanship of my new product, I also have to go through someone other than the Bosch--who the product is still under warranty with--to get my $3000 product fixed... less than 2 months from delivery date. Where is the customer service at?

Our LG fridge, I purchased several LG kitchen products for our new home, died after 7 years. After much research I found this Bosch. I got a great deal on it. We've had it about a month, and it's already very impressive. It's quieter, even more so than the last fridge on its first day, it's brighter inside, and even though it doesn't have as much SqFt, it seems just as big, and it's a good looking appliance. I already replaced our LG stove with a Bosch, I'll slowly replace the rest of our big appliances, as they fail, with the Bosch brand. Quality and dependability are our top priority.

I am very pleased with our new refirgerator. The storage design works well. The bar for eggs and smaller items in the back is great too. It runs quiet and the ice maker and water dispenser in the door work well. You have to remember to close the right door as the alarm is quiet. It was expensive and the space isn't as large as some other compacts, but we are very pleased overall.

Don't waste your money- came with a dent in the freezer door and the freezer compressor is SOOOOO LOUD with such a high pitch it's terrible...

Overall I like the design and features of this refrigerator. However, the lack of handles invites fingerprints and the stainless steel used is not fingerprint resistant.
It would be nice if the temperature gauges showed the actual temperature along with the set temperature.
Drawers feel a bit flimsy and sometimes bind because of their flex. Must open slowly from the middle to avoid this.
Right door swings closed on its own, although unit is perfectly level. It would be nice if the doors had a physical catch that held them open.

I'm a good bit disappointed with this model. We bought and entire Bosch kitchen and in hindsight, that might have been a mistake. The refrigerator right door doesn't close smoothly and very often remains agape. Unfortunately, the beeper to tell you it's open is very quiet and apparently out of my hearing range it's so high. The middle wide drawer sticks on the right side so you can't open with one hand but must use two, Finally, it doesn't connect to the Bosch app. Matter of fact, only the induction cook top connects. Dishwasher, ovens, spped ovens and refrigerator won't connect, generating only error messages.

fI do love a lot of the features of this fridge, but the center drawer sticks if you push it back all the way. A friend has the same fridge, same problem. I wish the left hand door closed easier than always requiring a push. Ice make is AWESOME! Upper eggs tray, wine shelf are also very useful.

I love this refrigerator. I bought a house with an older Frenchdoor-style GE in perfect working condition that was unbearable to use. Every time I opened the door, food fell out because there was no room for it. With the Bosch 800, same food, but there is more than enough room for everything. It's a pleasure to use. I read about every brand and model out there when I was looking. I thought some of the Samsungs and others were cute, but I didn't trust them to hold up after reading what appliance techs had to say. I cost this one because it has a water dispenser on the inside, ice in the freezer, and two compressors - I think it will last. Nevertheless, I decided to pay $400 for a 5 year warranty from the local appliance place I bought it from because I didn't want a hassle of something does go wrong and Bosch's warranty would have cost more. I had to have the cupboard above my old fridge removed and replaced with a shelf for cook books which I think looks great.

Poor design to have the freezer handle be a "catch all" for all crumbs coming from above. Have the opening reversed. To grab and pull from below rather than above. Otherwise ok!

I built a new home and chose Bosch 800 Series kitchen appliances. I love the clean lines, especially on the refrigerator which makes it easy to keep clean. There's a great deal of temperature control. I'm also enjoying the water filler inside the refrigerator. I also like the bottle holder that attaches to the flex bar. Very handy for keeping a bottle of champagne on hand.

The Bosch 800 Series French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator has a lot of room for items, despite being counter depth. The freezer also has a lot of room with the multiple drawers. We love the recessed handles. It cools well. We have had it for one month and so far so good.

The first refrigerator leaked from the water dispenser. I made them replace it with a new one. The second one also leaks. Currently waiting for the technician to show for his 2nd visit to try and fix it. You can see the water dripping in the photo. It drips consistently even if I don't use the water.

I've had my Bosch since August 2024. It's now Jan. 2026 and I'm ready to trade this model in. I had not purchased a new refrigerator/freezer in 30 years so maybe I was expecting too much or didn't look for the right things. While the refrigerator is stylish, quiet and the size is right, I am disappointed with several functionalities.
First, you can't open just one side panel to open just one vegetable drawer. You have to open both outside panels. That's just poor design. I wish I would have caught that when looking at this model.
At first the vegetable/fruit drawers did not pull out all the way. Once they were on the rollers correctly, they could pull out all the way, but the drawers are slightly skewed. Yes, the drawers close but they don't adhere to rubber seals leaving a gap. The drawers should have a tight seal. I've tried many times to get them to align. This is very disappointing. The bottom front of the drawers also have a small design that catches little debris that you can't get out ….unless you use a vacuum cleaner hose or an air compass duster/blower (like for a computer keyboard).
When I was looking at this model, I thought the larger center drawer seemed flimsy. That should have moved me to another model. Now after realizing how often I need something from that large middle drawer, I wish I had selected a model that had middle drawer as a separate option.
Yikes! So disappointed. I'll be shopping for a different model before the end of 2026.

We've needed a larger refrigerator and after a great deal of looking and discussion we chose the Bosch 800. Ironically this new one is only about 1 cu ft larger than our old one. However the layout and types of storage options are so well thought out it seems as though it's significantly larger. The French doors make it so easy to use and suit our limited space very well. All in all it could not have been a better choice.

I am a rather cynical Boomer and had very moderate expectations surrouinding the necessary purchase of a refrigerator. This one surprised me, roomier than my last fridge, great details like a shelf in the back for smaller items, the water filter being sort of out of the way, not taking up too much space. The lighting is wonderful and I am really pleased. Just make sure you really close the doors with a push as they need a shove. Overall very pleased.

Fine fridge with a few flaws. On is that the door open alarm has a teeny tiny peep, emitted only once, audible only if one is standing within a few feet of the (open) door. Although the alarm has an on/off function, it does NOT have a volume control function, unlike other Bosch appliances. I think this is a significant usability issue, which could have been easily remedied at design time.

We only have one issue. The ice melts a bit asking one side of the bin which causes the cubes to stick together in that area. The shelves have been easy to move around as needed. The space in the fridge doors are a good size to hold larger items.

Temp/humidity is great (food seems to last a bit longer than our past fridge & freezer burn takes a lot longer). The shelves are laid out well & the mini shelves that come with the flexbar are great). The stainless is really delicate and I think Bosch needs to communicate this more clearly to its customers (a lot of common kitchen cleaners will damage it). Overall I'm very happy with it.

Does an excellent job maintaining an even temperature and it's quite. Shelving is well thought out. Only downside is ice production is slower than my previous brand, though the ice tray hold a relatively large amount of ice once made.

The Bosch Frenchdoor bottom mount refrigerator is wonderful. I like the shelf placement, the ability to control the temperature in the various drawers. My vegetables are staying fresher longer as are the various fruits. I am enjoying having good access to the foods in the freezer. All in all I really like my new Bosch refrigerator.

This refrigerator is so beautiful inside and out. Even though it's counter-depth, I was able to fit more inside it than our old standard depth model. I really like how the freezer is set up with the double pull out trays. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice scoop that came with it. It's been very handy too to have the app, which will tell you if the door has been left open.
The built in handles are sleek and make it so much easier to keep the stainless clean. Also contributing to that is the interior water feature. I'll never have an exterior ice and water dispenser after having this style.
Please be aware that there is not a toe kick below the freezer door. You'll only pull the freezer over your toes once before you learn to step back or stand to the side to open.
My only, tiny concern, is that the right door has to close before the left and the operation isn't completely smooth. It does take a little force to make the door close fully. Other than that, we've been very happy with the purchase.

This refrigerator/freezer looks contemporary and elegant on the outside. For the most part the interior lighting and shelves work well. I do not like the all plastic drawers in both the top refrigerator and those in the lower freezer area. The full width drawer in the refrigerator racks when opening - so one has to be very careful when opening. For the price of this appliance, this is inexcusable. These drawers look OK but feel cheap.

We love design, quality, simplicity with all essentials included. Installed connect app on phone for fun and it's free, now can see if door is left opened:) Precisely maintains the temperature at the set point. No smells yet. Ice cubes have adequate size and production is great. Cold water access.
Using fridge for a couple of months.
Saw comments about noise issue, like double compressors sound loud - did not notice, normal operating noise.
We love the new fridge.

For the last 40 years we have moved on average every 4 years. During that time we have tried every major refrigerator brand either cabinet or built-in. They all had problems, which is why we never used the same brand twice.
7 years ago for our new house we bought what was the leading brand at the time. After having repaired it 5 times we decided enough was enough, even with the lifetime warranty they gave us for the inconvenience. We live in Florida where a reliable refrigerator / ice maker is a must. Warran ties don't keep food cold. So after weeks of research we bought a Bosch 800 French Door Bottom Freezer. Absolutely no regrets.
The things we find amazing about the Bosch is how it's slightly smaller but has more room inside. The shelving inside makes it easy to store and retrieve things. The ice maker is exceptional for its speed, cube quality, and cube quantity. The drawer for the ice maker is self closing. The ability to hold top and freezer temperature of all items inside the unit is phenomenal as we open and close the unit all day. Everything stays cold. Clear drawers and shelves make it easy to find things. The door shelves can hold a lot of bottles and jars with ease. The produce drawers have the uncanny ability to easily maintain freshness of what we put in them for a couple of weeks. The result is, we throw away a lot less food now and we always have ice. The exterior finish looks great, and with the recessed handles we never have to touch it. But if we do get a smudge, it's easy to fix with a simple wipe of a dish towel.
Incredible. When we move again, we'll be getting another Bosch.

My favorite thing about my new Bosch frig is that there are no handles to try and clean around. I also like the interior and the way it is arranged both in the frig and freezer. Including an ice scoop is a great idea. There are 2 things I would improve: the drawer in the frig that is the width of the frig tends to stick and not glide smoothly and I wish it was fingerprint free not fingerprint resistant because it really isn't. Overall, I really like this product.

Bought the Bosch 800 series refrigerator based on the experience our friends had with theirs. Really like how you can adjust the shelves to suit your needs. The freezer has plenty of space and the various compartments help with organizing foods. The ice maker is very fast and the ice cube holder large.

We love the looks and enjoy not having handles stick out due to the small space between the refrigerator and island. It keeps all of the food at great temperatures. The counter depth works great for us and we don't miss the extra room due to a wonderful layout of this refrigerator.
