Cooking is a pleasure. Enjoying features like air fry and the bridge burner. The timer buzzer is very low, not loud enough to use. The other issue is the cooktop, leaves streaks after cleaning. Will continue to look for a product to help. Overall loving the range. Burners work perfectly and no issues with oven features. Pizza and bacon perfection using air fry feature. Beautiful look in our kitchen. In my opinion has high end look with large oven window and silver burner knobs. Very pleased.

Had no idea Maytag now only makes ranges for large families. The cooking surfaces are far too large for smaller pots and I wish I had noticed it when I bought it. My old 22 year old Maytag range was much easier to work with, unfortunately, it broke. The range gets too hot when baking and even when cooking, the pan drawer is flimsy. I wonder if I will start a fire when trying the self cleaning feature. Wish I could give it back.

My new Maytag range and Microwave was installed in December. I choose white to match my cabinet color. I have gotten many compliments on the looks of both. They have a more builtin look that makes them more attractive. Also was pleasantly surprised at all the features they offer an how easy they are to understand.

My Maytag Range had a part fail after 25 years and I bought another like it..the new one is not of the same quality as the first the drawer is flimsy, buckles when moves and had knife sharp steel edges... pure crap. The range top glass scratches easily when my old one did not. I had to buy new pans.....the convection feature seems limp,, very little air moving and its no different with air fry. The oven heats slowly but accurate and i've not used the air fry feature. Customer service is none existent only AI that will go around getting you to a human. No owners manual on how to use the features,,,Had My first use scratched the topper it would have been returned to get another brand....Maytag brand has failed

so... My honest review.. When I ordered the stove it was exactly what i was looking for in color and the burners and the oven. it was beautiful. I am still very sad,. i started the oven, and smoke came rolling out the back after 5-8 min. I was told it was defective. I never had a chance to actually use it. the return was a nightmare, Hope depot issue. I was not able to get another one until 1-22. this was 2 days before Christmas. I have had such a nightmare even with the replacement. The people at the store are super nice. but you have to deal with the online for deliveries.. Which was another issues their scheduling they gave me was inaccurate. Just a nightmare of a deal. .

Third time is the charm!

I originally purchased this model from my local lumberyard. Within a week the oven stopped working and two burners were not working. The lumberyard exchanged the stove for me. The second stove worked fine until I used the self clean mode after Thanksgiving. The door to the oven remained locked after the self clean was finished. When maintenance came and unlock the door we saw that the oven had caught fire. Maytag replaced the second stove at no charge. So far so good and I am enjoying my new stove.

Purchased in March, 2025. Loved my previous Maytag range. This one™€¦.not do much! Display board not working properly, timer buzzer can barely be heard even standing next to the stove! Burners seem to shut down at their leisure™€¦.not mine. Had service person c9me out a week ago. He has to order new panel. Why didn™€™t he hav3it either him, as I had explained he problem when I scheduled the appt.,!? Frustrating™€¦ now still waiting. Not happy

Strong Chemicals/Smoke

My first Matag range I returned (after waiting two weeks for delivery) due to excessive white smoke and chemical smell when using the oven. That range filled my kitchen with smoke to the point of opening windows and doors (it's winter). I liked the price and options (air fry, convection oven) so I ordered another, (another two week for delivery). This second range smoked less after three oven uses but still has chemical smell. I cannot believe that Matag allows an appliance to leave the factory with the amount of chemicals in the oven! I will never buy another appliance from Matag! Dangerous?

The appliance is attractive, range top burners and oven heat quickly. I am missing the comprehensive user's manual that was always included with appliances that I have previously owned and learning how to care for the Schott Ceran range top has been a challenge without more comprehensive instructions. The storage drawer beneath the oven falls to the floor when pulled out to use, despite multiple efforts to place it on the rails that always held the drawers of previous appliances. All things considered, the cooking and baking features work well. If there is a way to increase volume on the alarm signal used in preheating and timer, please let me know how to adjust that. It is not audible unless I am standing very close to the range.

We love the clean look of the top as well as the easy to use controls. The air fry feature is great. The oven is large enough for a huge turkey or cooking multiple dishes at the same time. Delivery was exactly as expected and on time with no issues.

Purchased a stove MOD# MFES6030RW0 SER# RE2202088. Delivered and installed on 8/9/25. All they did was plug it in and take a picture. No leveling or match up with the counter. We turned it on and smoke came out the back. Tey said that is ok. Chemicals burning off. Went on for 40 minuets! Also no one said to test burners for 5 minuets only to verify they got hot. On or about 9/7 we were cooking at 350 degrees and the oven door shattered. We have been working with the call center to get repair under warranty. NONE in this area. I called all service centers and no warranty service. Now referred to the resource team for resolution and have to wait until 9/25/25. Looking for a replacement. of product Were afraid to use stove. See case #7742355007 Scary to buy products in this area without any warranty service avaliable.

I am quite pleased with my new Maytag range. My only complaint is with the Owner Manual that came with it. It mostly covers installation of the range, which I didn't need, as my Maytag dealer's delivery men did all of that. No instructions as to features and usage of the stove. It has features that I've never had before, and would appreciate some help in understanding them.

We bought a month ago. The convection oven and air fryer are both great options. We prepared chicken wings last weekend and they were the best we've ever made. The only drawback is the glass cook top is hard to keep clean. Especially after grease gets on it. But overall we are pleased.

A little hiccup but works beautifully now.

Love the look of it, at first I had it difficult time toasting at 425 garlic bread normally. Takes under 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes and it took 20 plus minutes to come to temperature. So that I could put it in the oven to bake At first I thought, oh no, it's defective, but I went through the manual and saw that. You can recalibrate from Fahrenheit to Celsius and then back to Fahrenheit, and it resets the calibration. I tried that and it worked. I baked a cake immediately to check to see if it could do a standard box cake in the proper time frames at 350° and it was Baked perfectly. Love the griddle option in the cooktop, and i'm looking forward to many more nights of cooking on my new oven.

Have this for a couple of weeks now and so far so good as far as working and such. The reason I didn't do five stars is it is a bit flemsie on the metal build. There was no display in store for me to view. In the pictures it looks fine but when I received it I was a bit disappointed in the sturdiness of the framework. Just wanted others to know that before you buy. Otherwise it is working fine and we'll see for how long.???

The reason why I bought this range was because of the hidden bake element as I hate cleaning my oven. I am not overly satisfied with this product because it takes a lot longer to bring the oven to temperature and it takes longer to bake items. Cookies (which I bake a lot) take at least 5 to 7 minutes longer. The stove's front right dual element stays too hot even if you lower to medium.

In response to Maytags "customer service" comment, below my review of their electric range, I am told to go to Instagram or Facebook to, " see what they can do for me." Well Maytag, not everyone is on social media. Most companies would reach out via email. I followed up my review with an email to customer service and received a rude response. So, there you go. Maytag was once considered the gold standard in appliances. You cannot have that distinction anymore if your products are defective and your customer service is non-existent.

Liked the design and features.The "control" knobs are flimsy plastic and the barrels that attach them crack and break every time all four are used.Burners are off/on with no proper alignment to click to proper position.Used by adults only, so it is not like some kids were operating this range.Oven function and clock/timer are the only things that are not a problem.

I received my Maytag range December 31. After using it for 6 weeks, I'm writing my review. Pros: Nice looking. Like the sturdy, stainless steel handle on the oven. The bottom drawer is nice and deep and slides in and out smoothly. The burners and oven heat up quickly. The burners all simmer when turned on low. (My old stove had 2 settings boil and slow boil!) They oven displays the temperature when baking which is a nice feature. And that's where the pros end. Cons: There is only one 10" burner and it heats unevenly. Doesn't matter which pan or pot I use, the edges or ends of whatever I'm cooking don't cook the same. Think bacon, that's burnt on one end and under cooked on the other end. I have a couple of 10" fry pans and 12" pans. Forget about using the 12" pan or you'll be scooting things around the pan to get it all to cook evenly. I haven't used the griddle feature and in retrospect, I would rather have another 9-10" burner. Moving on to the oven. It took about 6 times using the oven for the "new" smell to go away. The air fry and air bake features sounded great. But the recipes I've used to air bake or air fry (chicken fingers) were never going to cook up in my lifetime. I had to cancel the airbake/fry and just use the directions for regular baking. There are no directions from Maytag for using those 2 "features", which I now consider useless. The tones on the oven are too soft and there is no way to make it louder. When baking, the entire stove gets hot. I'm so disappointed in this range. I have a Maytag washer that I love, so I thought this range would be a great appliance. I miss my Kenmore range.

I bought the Maytag 30™€ white electric range with air fry and convection oven steam cleaning. Dec 28 2024. was when I ordered it finally got it January 15 2025 Steam cleaner doesn™€™t work went back to cleaning it myself dose no stink you out of the house that way. the first time I baked a cake in the oven the oven smoked so bad it smoked up the house. The cake tasted like the oven smelled could not eat it. Then couple days later used the air fryer smoked just as bad. Did not even attempt to self clean it this time stunk to bad the first time. Today one of the knobs broke and would not turn the burner off. Lucky I got it turned off Finally. I really wish I had not bought this stove wish I would™€™ve stuck with Whirlpool. My husband said I can not use the air fryer anymore so what is the use of having something that stinks every time it™€™s used. Don™€™t Buy this product unless you have plenty of ventilation and candles or incense sticks around. If this is rejected it™€™s because Maytag doesn™€™t want the truth about this stove put out. I never leave bad feedbacks unless it™€™s warranted. I Do Not And Will Not Recommend This Range.

This stove is horrible. The knobs are plastic and didn't even last a week. They stripped out in no time. Burners are not working properly, sometimes they turn on and then at times you cannot turn the burners off. I believe the switches are not working properly No operation manual came with the stove, so you don't even know how to use the griddle on top or the air fry

Very disappointing!

Giving even one star is generous. Oven racks were very difficult to pull out and virtually impossible if something heavy was on the rack. Two burners quit working after using them just 1-2 times. A burner knob fell off, luckily it was on one of the burners that quit working so I didn™€™t have the problem of not being able to turner it off if it had been on. Overall quality control was severely lacking when this stove was made.

Had a hard time getting the electric range control guide. The info in the Owners Manual got me nowhere the mobs are very hard to see the exact line o . I have had to paint the line. Can not bake two sheet pans on convection as I was able to do in my old oven. When the oven is on the top of the stove gets very hot. Example I had the oven on 425 for about 20 minutes and the top of the stove reached 100 degrees and the very top of the stove where the vent is reached 115 before I got tired of holding the thermometer. Am not looking forward in using my oven in the summer. I love to bake
